Update iPhone 3GS, 3G BB To 06.15.00 Using PwnageTool 4.1.3
In order to unlock iPhone 3GS, 3G on baseband 05.14.02 you need to first update to bb 06.15.00 (iPad 3.2.2) using PwnageTool 4.1.3 unlock edition.
