For you who are the Barbie’s lover and who are collecting Barbie stuffs, here is a new item that you have to buy, called Barbie P520 cellphone. The device is hitting the Chinese market at 780¥, roughly $113 US dollars. When closed, the phone looks like your typical compact. Open it up, and you’ll discover a mirror for touching up your makeup.
The Barbie P520 phone looks like a copycat of the Mattel’s Barbie B2 mp3 player. Anyway, this one is not a sponsored product of Mattel. The most interesting part is that the pink heart shaped box even bears the tag line that reads “Barbie Music Phone.” It features a touchscreen display, !.3MP camera, Bluetooth connectivity, 2GB of expandable memory, and will carry two SIM cards simultaneously, allowing you to hold two lines in a single device.

Perhaps this is one for a few of the female readers here at Talk n Phone … But I have a suspicioun most ladies will find this more amusing than practical… Maybe I’m wrong.
At any rate my bud Phat Trance over at DailyMobile posted some images of a new ‘Barbie’ inspired cellphone. The device is hitting the Chinese market at 780¥, roughly $113 US dollars. When closed, the phone looks like your typical compact. Open it up, and you’ll discover a mirror for touching up your makeup, oh, and yeah… a phone.
The device comes in a lovely heart shaped box, and by the looks of things it looks like there is a handy carrying pouch/purse as well. It also features a 2 inch 260K color 176×220 display, 1.3 MP camera, and up to 2GB of expandable memory. USB and Bluetooth support are also on-board.
I think I’ll wait for the ‘Ken’ version to hit the market. More pictures below.

Dual SIM Motorola VE75 officially released, only in China

Dual SIM phones are very common in the Chinese market and are starting to slowly make their way into Europe. Still, a dual SIM phone by one of the major brands is a rare thing, as most of these models are made by Chinese companies with unpronounceable names.
Motorola now follows into Samsung’s footsteps, by releasing its second dual SIM model, the Motorola VE75. The new model will only be released in China, just like the Motorola MING A1800 was a few weeks ago. No word on a release date for the rest of the world, though.
Motorola’s official Chinese website also says that the VE75 will allow the use of two SIM cards at the same time, unlike Samsung’s P240, where you have to switch and restart every time. The new dual SIM Motorola VE75 will sport a 2,6 inch display, with a 16:9 aspect ratio and a 240 x 400 screen resolution.
Its features also include a 2 megapixel camera and a multimedia player. You can store your music and other multimedia files on a microSD card and you can transfer them via USB 2.0 and Bluetooth.
The phone’s price on the Chinese market will be around 3000 yuan.
