LG GD900 Hands-on Video

LG had a couple working models for its brand new GD900 phone, complete with transparent keyboard and touchscreen. I had the opportunity to play around with the phone and see it work for myself.

Fortunately for you, we have some video footage to share with you. First, a few things about the GD900. Obviously the defining “ooh, ahh” feature is the transparent keyboard. Really, it looks like a piece of clear glass with some numbers etched on it. That’s how simple a concept it is.

But as you will see on the video, the keyboard acts not only as a way to punch numbers and texts into the device, it also acts as a trackpad.
